Whether it’s a one-time performance, a full-day residency, or a multi-week collaboration, we’ll design a cultural experience that educates, inspires, and connects—rooted in authenticity and shaped by shared intention.

For Camps, Retreats, Missions & Study Abroad Programs

We partner with organizers to co-create immersive experiences that foster learning, reflection, and cross-cultural connection. Whether it's a youth camp, wellness retreat, service mission, or study abroad journey, we’ll build a program that is transformative, community-centered, and grounded in cultural humility, curiosity, and shared purpose.

  • We partner with elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as colleges and universities, to bring culturally rich experiences into academic spaces. Our performances, workshops, and residencies support curriculum in the arts, social studies, world languages, history, and global citizenship—making learning more tangible, inclusive, and inspiring for students of all ages.

    Outside of formal education, we collaborate with faith communities and retreat centers, museums, cultural organizations, and community-based groups to create meaningful engagement through storytelling, music, and shared heritage.

    We also work with gap year coordinators, international programs, and corporate teams seeking cultural immersion, wellness, or DEI initiatives. Families and private groups can host customized workshops, home-based experiences, or culturally guided travel—rooted in connection, reflection, and joy.

    1. Submit a Booking Inquiry
      Start by filling out our Booking Form with your preferred dates, location, type of program, and any initial ideas or needs.

    2. Consultation & Customization
      A member of our team will reach out to discuss your audience, goals, logistics, accessibility needs, and how we can adapt content for your space and community.

    3. Confirm Dates & Details
      Once we finalize the experience, you’ll receive a booking agreement including rates, travel requirements (if applicable), and a detailed program outline.

    4. Prepare for the Experience
      We’ll provide you with promo materials, tech specs (if needed), and pre-visit guidance to make sure your audience is ready for a rich, respectful, and engaging cultural exchange.

  • Program fees vary based on the length of engagement, location, number of artists involved, and the level of customization. We are committed to making our work accessible and impactful for a wide range of hosts. To support that, we offer:

    • Sliding Scale Options for community-based or under-resourced partners

    • Block Bookings & Tour Discounts for multiple or recurring programs

    • Flexible Payment Plans to meet budget needs

    • Fundraising Support for schools, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations

    • One Free Engagement for first-time hosts who book and confirm at least 6 months in advance, with a generous tangible or financial donation (at the giver’s choice) to support our programming or directly impact one of our artisans and their communities

Important Notes

  • Travel & Accommodation: If booking a touring artist or group, hosts are responsible for local accommodations and meals unless otherwise arranged.

  • Technical Needs: Most programs are low-tech. Any AV, space, or setup needs will be shared in advance.

  • Cultural Sensitivity: We work with hosts to prepare their audience for respectful, meaningful intercultural exchange.
