June 2026 Mission Trip (Kenya)
Empowering Artists, Artisans & Musicians Through Financial Literacy and Creative Exchange
Facilitated by World System Builder
A Mission of Sustainability Through Music, Art & Financial Education
In June 2026, we invite you to be part of a unique mission trip to Kenya — an immersive experience that connects financial education with creative empowerment. This initiative focuses on strengthening the livelihoods of local artists, artisans, and musicians through practical financial literacy, entrepreneurial mentorship, and cultural collaboration.
Our mission is proudly sponsored by World System Builder (WSB) — a global community committed to democratizing financial education for all.
Why This Mission Matters
Kenya is home to a vibrant and diverse creative economy — where musicians, visual artists, crafters, and performers carry forward traditions while also pushing cultural boundaries. Yet many creatives lack access to financial tools and networks that could help them stabilize income, grow their careers, and plan for the future.
This mission trip aims to:
Equip creatives with real-world financial tools
Deliver arts-specific financial literacy and entrepreneurial workshops
Help local artists, artisans, and musicians price their work, manage earnings, save, and invest
Encourage cross-cultural learning through collaborative music-making and cultural exchange
Program Highlights
Financial Literacy for Creatives: Workshops on budgeting, savings, credit, income planning, cooperative finance, and legacy building — adapted specifically for creatives.
Music & Business Workshops: Sessions on monetizing music, understanding royalties, booking gigs, using digital platforms, and financial wellness for performers.
Collaborative Exchange: Visiting musicians and artists will engage in cross-cultural performances, jam sessions, co-creation, and public showcases with Kenyan peers.
Hands-On Coaching: One-on-one sessions with World System Builder coaches and mission volunteers.
Field Visits: Engagements with music schools, artisan cooperatives, local markets, and cultural organizations.
